Customized virtual events and video marketing software
Brainiac Media were contracted to deliver a customised virtual event experience using their virtual events software. Our developers were instructed by Stone2Stone to implement a set of virtual campaigns for their technology clients Check Point and CDW.
To customise the Brainiac Media event hosting platform in order to promote a series of virtual events as part of a wider marketing campaign, to engage and attract existing and new consumers with the purpose to generate leads and promote the companies security and technology products and services, in an engaging and fun way, that drives participation through a unique experience and positive brand awareness.
What we did
The aim of these virtual themed events was to create a buzz and a sense of excitement for each daily and weekly episode, that had the lead returning to the platform to engage with the next piece of content. The events needed to have a distinctive feeling of being informative but also entertaining.
These events would then go onto inform people, a goal amount of 150, of what the brands are offering and a better understanding of their products which would create new-found engagement in their consumer base.
We developed around these brand-focused themed virtual events, in which CDW and Check Point would be able to host an invited audience. These people would attend six virtual events that consisted of pre-recorded presentations by leading influencers on the topic at hand. Upon conclusion, the event would give the attendees the opportunity to win prizes related to the weekly topics and the products that the brand looked to advertise. Winners were drawn on the basis that they had answered a set of questions reflecting the content of that weeks’ event.
The target registrants to the software for the campaign were 150 people, we were able to secure more than 500 attendees and report key metrics on this target audience. The campaign did not just create a buzz, but praise. The attendees created a roaring noise, the effects of which have a much more lasting effect than what was previously envisioned. They were able to roll this into a renewed sense of engagement and loyalty amongst their consumer base. In a time where we are seeing once leading brands collapse as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, we were able to not just meet set standards but exceed them, leaving them in a coveted secure position in their space in the marketplace.
